Homemade tomato juice only outperforms its store counterpart in taste. Even if there is no juicer in the arsenal, you can prepare such juice in any other way. For example, you can boil tomatoes, then rub them through a sieve. Simple and affordable!

Dry thoroughly washed tomatoes, cut into several pieces. Place the chopped tomatoes in a saucepan.

Place the saucepan over moderate heat and cook the tomatoes for 60 minutes. There is no need to add water to them, during heat treatment the tomatoes will boil and give a lot of juice. Do not forget to stir the prepared tomatoes, do not allow them to burn.

Boiled tomatoes must be rubbed through a fine sieve. The skins and seeds will easily separate after such a long boil.

Pour the resulting tomato juice into a saucepan, put on fire, bring to a boil. Then add the required amount of salt, mix. Boil the tomato juice for 10 minutes.
