With the help of a meat grinder, you can easily prepare a delicious treat at home - tomato juice for the winter. This drink will help recharge your energy even in the coldest times. To make tomato juice, you need to stock up on tasty and ripe tomatoes - this is the most important condition!

Fresh tomatoes must be prepared for processing. First, they should be thoroughly washed under running water.

Then cut the washed tomatoes into large pieces - you can cut them into two or four pieces, depending on the size of the fruit.

The next step is to grind the tomatoes with a meat grinder. To get the resulting tomato juice without the skin and seeds, you can additionally pass the chopped tomatoes through a sieve. If there is a special juicer attachment in the meat grinder, use it.

Pour the resulting tomato mass into a suitable saucepan, add salt and sugar there, mix all the ingredients. We put the pan with the contents on the fire, after boiling, we boil the tomato juice for 15 minutes.
