When it is not possible to prepare tomato juice using a juicer or meat grinder, you can use a regular sieve. Tomato juice prepared in this way turns out to be no less tasty and healthy. Using only salt and sugar as additives allows you to get truly natural tomato juice.

Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly, cut them into several pieces, while cutting off the stalk.

Next, place the prepared tomatoes in a cooking container, put on fire. Heat the fruit until it boils. After that, the tomato mass should cool slightly.

Tomatoes must be placed in a sieve and rubbed. As a press, you can use a wooden gurney, a metal pusher, or other convenient kitchen utensils.

Pour the resulting tomato mass into a saucepan, add sugar and salt, mix and put on fire. Tomato juice must be boiled within 15 minutes after boiling.

When ready, pour the tomato juice into sterilized jars, seal them with lids. Wrap the blank in a warm blanket and cool completely. From the specified amount of ingredients, the output will be approximately 1 liter of tomato juice.
