Tomato juice through a juicer without sterilization for the winter

With the help of a juicer, tomato juice is harvested quickly and easily. This is important when you need to process a large crop of tomatoes. It is better to use an auger juicer rather than a regular juicer. She leaves all the pulp in the juice and only dry cake remains from the tomato, and the juice turns out to be thicker. Flavoring additives need not be added to such juice.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 3
Sort the tomatoes, removing damaged fruits, otherwise the juice may ferment. Then wash them well and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Pass the prepared tomatoes to the auger juicer.
step 2 out of 3
You can throw the cake away. Transfer the juice to a large saucepan and place over low heat. Bring the juice to a boil, remove the froth on the surface and cook for 7-10 minutes. While the juice is boiling, sterilize the jars and lids in any way.
step 3 out of 3
Pour hot juice into prepared jars and roll up immediately. Turn the jars onto the lids and cover with a terry towel overnight. Transfer the cooled juice to the storage place of preserves.

Happy blanks!
