Homemade tomato juice cannot be compared in taste to store-bought counterparts. Moreover, it turns out to be as useful and natural as possible, because only salt and sugar are used from additives. Short heat treatment allows you to preserve useful substances.

Rinse the tomatoes, chop coarsely. Before that, inspect the fruits, remove unsuitable, rotten tomatoes aside.

Pass the chopped tomatoes through a juicer. From the specified amount of tomato, about 2.5 liters of juice will be obtained.

You can also squeeze the juice from the resulting cake. Use a sieve and improvised means (spoon, crush, etc.) for this. As a result, you will be able to squeeze out about 1-1.5 liters of juice.
