To cook delicious and aromatic tomato juice at home, you need only two conditions - the presence of ripe tomatoes and the presence of a kitchen device with which the tomatoes will be crushed. Natural and healthy juice will delight your family for a long time!

We wash the ripe tomatoes under running water, then cut them into several pieces, cutting out the stalk.

You can grind tomatoes for tomato juice using a meat grinder with a special attachment. If there is no such attachment, you can do with an ordinary meat grinder, and then pass the resulting mass through a sieve to get rid of the peel and seeds.

Pour the finished tomato puree into a saucepan, add salt and sugar, mix, put on fire. After boiling, boil the tomato juice for 10-15 minutes. Skim off the resulting foam during cooking.

When ready, pour tomato juice into sterilized jars, roll them up with lids. Turn it upside down and wrap the blank in a warm blanket until it cools completely. Tomato juice with pulp at home is ready for the winter! From the amount of ingredients specified in the recipe, you will get about 3 liters of tomato juice.
