Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly, cut them into several pieces. Unsuitable fruits - rotten, spoiled - set aside. For juicing, select only ripe tomatoes.

Grind tomatoes with a juicer, getting pure tomato juice at the exit - without skin and seeds. As a result, you get about 4 liters of tomato juice from the specified amount of tomatoes.

Pour the resulting juice into a saucepan, put on moderate heat. We are waiting for a boil. After that, a lush foam will begin to form. Stir the juice and the foam will be much less. Now it can be removed with a slotted spoon.
