For the filling, peel 1 onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the mushrooms into slices. First fry the onion in a pan, then add carrots and coarse ones to it, simmer for a few minutes. Then remove the frying from the heat, let it cool. Mix fried onions with carrots and mushrooms with sour cream. Put the filling on the liver pancakes, forming a cake.
