First of all, take the required amount of yeast-free thin pita bread.

Cut a sheet of pita bread into equal rectangular pieces. I cut into 8 equal rectangles. If you want to prepare such a cake for a large company, increase the proportions in accordance with your requirements.

Cottage cheese can be used with any fat content and texture. I used soft cottage cheese 5% fat. Add sweetener to the curd to taste and mix thoroughly until smooth. Put a sheet of pita bread on a plate and brush it with the prepared cream.
