Lavash cake with cherries, sour cream and boiled condensed milk

I want to offer a wonderful version of a delicious and disgustingly easy-to-cook cake made from pita bread with cherries. Cream based on sour cream and boiled condensed milk makes the treat incredibly tender and juicy. Such a dessert will be an interesting decoration for any festive celebration.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 11
First of all, prepare all the necessary ingredients for making a cherry pita dessert.
step 2 out of 11
Choose chocolate according to your taste preferences. I used dark chocolate.
step 3 out of 11
Divide each sheet of pita bread into approximately 6-8 identical rectangular pieces.
step 4 out of 11
Prepare the cream. Put the required amount of fatty sour cream into a deep container. Using a mixer, beat the sour cream thoroughly until fluffy. Gradually introduce the condensed boiled milk, continuing to beat the cream with a mixer at low speed. While increasing the speed of the mixer, beat the cream thoroughly until a smooth, uniform consistency.
step 5 out of 11
Rinse the cherries in water, then dry them and carefully remove the seeds with a special tool or a pin. If you use frozen cherries like I did, defrost them first and remove the pits. Put prepared cherries in a row from the wide edge of the pita bread, alternating with black currant berries.
step 6 out of 11
Gently form tight tubes.
step 7 out of 11
Cut the finished tubes with a sharp knife into 3-4 pieces, depending on the size of the pita bread.
step 8 out of 11
Prepare the rest of the tubes in this way.
step 9 out of 11
Prepare the form in which you will collect the cake. Lay out a row of straws, then add a few tablespoons of the mouth-watering cream. Spread it evenly with a silicone spatula. Collect the cake by alternating the cream tubes. Spread the remaining cream over the cake using a silicone spatula. Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to cool and soak.
step 10 out of 11
Gently transfer the chilled cake to a serving platter. Grate the bitter chocolate on a coarse grater and sprinkle the cherry cake on top.
step 11 out of 11
Serve the finished pita bread cake with cherries with hot freshly brewed tea.

Enjoy an incredible dessert!
