Lavash cake with custard

With all my heart and with great desire, I want to recommend my favorite simple recipe for a fantastically delicious custard cake made from pita bread. Such a cake will significantly reduce the time for preparing a dessert for a festive celebration. Cook and your guests will be unforgettably surprised!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 19
First, prepare all the ingredients you need to make a delicate dessert.
step 2 out of 19
Take the required amount of thin yeast-free pita bread. Use a stencil or plate.
step 3 out of 19
Cut round cakes out of pita bread.
step 4 out of 19
Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet well over moderate heat, then reduce heat and add pita bread.
step 5 out of 19
Dry the pita bread on both sides in a dry skillet.
step 6 out of 19
Take a metal dish with a thick bottom and break the required amount of chicken eggs into it, then add granulated sugar and vanilla sugar.
step 7 out of 19
Using a mixer, bring the mass to a uniform, smooth consistency.
step 8 out of 19
Add the required amount of wheat flour.
step 9 out of 19
Using a mixer, bring the mass to a uniform, smooth consistency.
step 10 out of 19
Then pour in the milk preheated to a warm state in a thin stream, mix until a homogeneous consistency using a whisk.
step 11 out of 19
Put the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to the first bubbles, stirring constantly with a whisk so that the cream does not burn.
step 12 out of 19
Then immediately remove from heat, add the required amount of butter, mix thoroughly and cool completely.
step 13 out of 19
Prepare a dish or large plate to use for the cake. Spoon out a few tablespoons of the cooled custard, then lay out the crust and cover well with the custard.
step 14 out of 19
Put the cake on top again.
step 15 out of 19
Alternating between cakes and cream, collect the whole cake. Cover the top and sides of the cake with the rest of the cream.
step 16 out of 19
Dry the pita cuts in a dry frying pan.
step 17 out of 19
Grind the dried cuttings with a rolling pin.
step 18 out of 19
Decorate the cake with chopped crumbs. Place the pita cake with custard in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours so that it is well saturated.
step 19 out of 19
After the time has passed, serve the most delicate cake on the table with freshly brewed coffee or tea.

Enjoy a delicious, simple dessert!
