Cake Shalash from cookies and cottage cheese without baking

The cake got its name, "Shalash", thanks to its triangular shape. Thus, all the delicious filling remains inside, and the thin walls of the cookies are well impregnated. Dessert is simply delicious.

In a blender, combine cottage cheese, sugar, soft butter and sour cream.

Take a large sheet of foil so that you can wrap the cake in it later. Dip the cookies in milk for a few seconds and lay out three strips of cookies.

Put half of the curd mass on the cookies. Add cocoa to the second part of the curd mass and stir.

Make a second layer of cookies, put the remaining curd mass on it and sprinkle the walnuts.
