If you don't have time to cook, then you can prepare such triangles for a hearty snack. The main thing is that there is pita bread in stock. By the way, to start it, you can use completely different products. A timeless classic that everyone loves is ham and cheese. Often, neglected leftovers of these particular products remain in the refrigerator, and such triangles are a great way to dispose of them profitably. Neither adults nor children will refuse such rosy appetizing "pies".

We immediately prepare the filling for the triangles. To do this, rub hard cheese on a coarse grater, pour the resulting shavings into a bowl. We also grate the ham. If you like more pronounced pieces of meat in the filling, then you can cut it into cubes. Pour the ham to the cheese and mix everything together.

We spread a sheet of pita bread on a flat surface and level it with our hands. We cut it with scissors into rectangular strips about ten centimeters wide. Place a small amount of the prepared filling on one of the edges of the strip.

We fold the pita bread into a triangle, moving along the length of the cut strip, as shown in the photo. As a result, the entire filling will be wrapped in pita bread in a triangular shape. In the same way, we use all the pita bread and all the filling.

In a shallow bowl, beat the egg with a fork. Add to it a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste, mix. Place each triangle in the prepared egg batter and moisten on both sides.

Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan. We lay the triangles soaked in an egg and fry them on both sides until golden brown. Maintain the temperature of the stove medium-low, fry without a lid. Lavash is fried very quickly, it is better not to go far from the stove so that the triangles do not burn.

Transfer the finished triangles from the pan to a paper towel so that it absorbs the excess oil after frying. Place the dried triangles on a serving plate, decorate with leaves of fresh herbs and serve with the tolu while they are hot.
