Flatbreads with cheese and herbs on unleavened dough are very popular in Turkish cuisine. They are easy to prepare, do not require expensive ingredients, and fill well. We suggest using soft curd cheese. It is very delicate in taste, tender and creamy - cakes with such a filling only benefit. The added greens can be absolutely any, but the most win-win combination is green onions and dill.

To prepare the dough, sift the flour into a bowl, add salt. Then pour water and odorless vegetable oil into the flour. Mix all the ingredients with a spoon. When it becomes difficult to stir, knead the dough with your hands.

The kneaded dough should be firm, but not too steep. We roll it into a smooth ball, place it in a bowl, cover it with a towel and leave it to "rest" for twenty to thirty minutes.

While the dough is ripe, prepare the filling. Put the curd cheese in a bowl. Add salt and black pepper to taste. We wash the greens, dry them and chop finely with a knife. Pour the chopped greens to the curd cheese into a bowl and grind everything well together with a spoon. The filling is ready.

We spread the dough on a floured work surface and cut it into small equal pieces. We roll each part into a bun.
