Braised pink salmon with vegetables in a pan

I want to share a recipe for stewed pink salmon with vegetables in a pan, which I often use myself and recommend to my friends. The dish turns out to be tender, juicy and quite appetizing. The cooking process is quite simple, but as a result, an incredibly tasty fish.

Pre-defrost the pink salmon carcass and remove the head, fins and tail, peel the entrails and rinse thoroughly under running water. Cut the prepared pink salmon into steaks.

Prepare the required amount of carrots and onions.

Rinse the carrots well under water, and then, using a vegetable peeler, peel them, grate the peeled carrots on a coarse grater or cut into thin strips. Peel the onions, rinse in cool water, and then cut into half rings.

Heat a deep skillet well over moderate heat. Pour in the required amount of vegetable oil, and then lay out the grated carrots and half rings of onions.

Reduce heat, and stirring occasionally, sauté vegetables until tender.

Gradually add the prepared sauce to the fish, and while stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Then remove the pan from the heat and let the dish sit for literally 5-7 minutes.
