Stewed potatoes with butter

Delicious and appetizing dish that will definitely not leave anyone hungry! Butterlets are much tastier and healthier than champignons and other forest mushrooms. You can use both fresh and frozen butter in this recipe. It also turns out satisfying and aromatic!

We clean the oil caps from the film and cut the mushrooms into several pieces. We put water on fire, bring it to a boil and cook butter for 5-7 minutes.

Peel and dice the potatoes.

We also peel carrots and onions. Rub the carrots on a coarse grater, and cut the onions into small squares.

Saute onions and carrots in vegetable oil until light blush.
