Egg-free cottage cheese Easter with gelatin

The recipe for the perfect Easter without baking and eggs with the addition of gelatin. The dish turns out to be very tender, with a pleasant texture and light cognac aroma. Ideal for a festive table.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Initially, we will prepare the basis of our Easter - cottage cheese. We put it in a colander covered with gauze, put the oppression on top and leave it for at least four hours. During this time, all unnecessary moisture will be released from the product.
step 2 out of 8
We take it out of the gauze and put it in three deep plates in equal proportions. Add berry jam to the first, condensed milk to the second, and leave the third untouched for now.
step 3 out of 8
Dissolve gelatin in 100 ml. water and leave to swell. At this time, thinly chop the milk chocolate or rub it on a coarse or fine grater (whichever you prefer).
step 4 out of 8
Pour half a liter of heavy cream into a saucepan and send it to the stove. We heat up to 90 degrees, but in no case do we boil. Pour gelatin into hot cream and mix thoroughly.
step 5 out of 8
Pour the almost boiling mixture into three containers. In the first add the grated chocolate (immediately stir thoroughly until smooth), in the second - turmeric, and pour the third part into the cottage cheese with jam.
step 6 out of 8
We add the mass of cream and chocolate to the cottage cheese, which had nothing in it before. Mixture with turmeric, pour into cottage cheese with condensed milk.
step 7 out of 8
Prepare the shape: fold the gauze in two layers and moisten it thoroughly in cognac, cover the shape with it, leaving free edges. Lay the cottage cheese layers in layers and cover with the remaining "tails" of gauze. It is recommended to put a press on top. We put it into the refrigerator until it hardens completely - for 24 hours.
step 8 out of 8
After a day, we take out the finished Easter. We remove the gauze and decorate to your liking. Fresh berries, grated chocolate and a sprig of aromatic mint are ideal. Bon Appetit!
