Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
We prepare the cottage cheese (it is better to take the rustic one): we transfer it to a bowl of a suitable size.
step 2 out of 8
We add to it: sour cream, salt, sugar, vanillin to taste, butter at room temperature and carefully interrupt with a submersible blender.
step 3 out of 8
Soak the gelatin and filter it after swelling, add it to the curd along with dried fruits (it is better to soak them in advance) and mix.
step 4 out of 8
We take a mold for Easter and cover it with damp gauze or a thin chintz cloth.
step 5 out of 8
We spread the curd mass into a mold, put a saucer of a suitable size on top and put oppression on it. Next, we send our Easter to the refrigerator to freeze.
step 6 out of 8
We carefully remove the frozen Easter from the mold and "release" from the gauze. The easiest way to do this is to set the plate on top (in place of the saucer), turn it over and remove the mold with a slight movement of your hand.
step 7 out of 8
We decorate as desired. Decorations made from melted chocolate, icing or condensed milk are great.
step 8 out of 8
Our Easter is ready. Happy holidays and bon appetit!
