Cottage cheese Easter with condensed milk without baking

Easter cottage cheese without baking is often cooked with an egg and condensed milk is avoided so that the dessert does not turn out too sweet. In this case, sugar can be omitted. It is complemented by what has become a tradition, raisins, dried fruits and nuts. For Easter cottage cheese, take high quality condensed milk and cottage cheese so that they do not contain milk fat substitutes. In this recipe, we use ordinary condensed milk, not boiled, so that the Easter turns out with a delicate creamy taste.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Measure out the recipe for this festive dessert. Soften a piece of butter at home temperature in advance and soak the raisins in hot water.
step 2 out of 8
Transfer the cottage cheese and sour cream to a deep bowl. With an immersion blender, beat the cottage cheese with sour cream until smooth, homogeneous and without small lumps, because this will determine the tenderness of the dessert. You can also beat with a mixer or food processor.
step 3 out of 8
Then add condensed milk to this curd mass and add powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Powder can be omitted to make the dessert less sweet.
step 4 out of 8
Then add the softened butter to the whipped ingredients and mix everything again with a blender.
step 5 out of 8
Lastly, add the soaked raisins for Easter and simply stir to distribute them evenly in the dessert.
step 6 out of 8
Carefully cover a special pasobox or other utensils with a piece of gauze folded in half, leaving a free edge.
step 7 out of 8
Put the cooked curd mass tightly in the pasta. Wrap the edges of the gauze inward. Place a small weight on top of the mass. Put Easter in the refrigerator overnight.
step 8 out of 8
In the morning, place the Easter cottage cheese with condensed milk on a beautiful plate, carefully remove the mold and cheesecloth and serve the dish to the festive table.
Delicious and successful dishes!
