Not everyone likes the specific taste that eggs can give in ready-made dishes. Especially when it comes to cottage cheese Easter. We offer to prepare it on the basis of cottage cheese with the addition of butter, sour cream and boiled condensed milk. We use raisins for the flavor nuance, and vanilla sugar for the aroma. A classic combination turns out - Easter comes out tender in consistency, very pleasant, soft in taste. And the color is delicious caramel.

We sort out the raisins from random debris, rinse thoroughly, fill in with warm water and leave to soften for fifteen to twenty minutes. If the raisins are very large, it is better to cut them into smaller pieces after soaking.

We use fresh cottage cheese, with a high percentage of fat. We place it in a wide bowl, add the indicated amount of sour cream. It is important that both cottage cheese and sour cream are natural, without plant substitutes, since the overall taste of Easter directly depends on this.

Melt the butter until liquid on the stove or in the microwave. We try not to heat it too much, but simply to melt it.

Pour melted butter into cottage cheese with sour cream, add vanilla sugar.

We punch all the ingredients with an immersion blender to get a completely homogeneous, homogeneous, smooth mass.
