The curd charlotte with pears is simply delicious in taste! The combination of cottage cheese and pears makes the finished baked goods tender and aromatic. This dessert just melts in your mouth! Thanks to the use of cottage cheese, the dough is soft and moist, which significantly transforms the taste of the finished baked goods.

Whisk the eggs and sugar in a suitable container.

Melt the butter in the microwave or water bath. Add it along with the curd to the egg and sugar mixture. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Sift the wheat flour. Next, add baking powder and sifted flour to the working container. Knead everything until a thick and homogeneous dough is formed.
