Cottage cheese casserole

Curd casserole is a traditional dessert. Each housewife has her own signature recipe. I want to offer my own version of a simple and healthy casserole recipe. Those with a sweet tooth who follow a healthy diet will be pleasantly surprised by a delicious and healthy dessert.

Prepare all the food you need for the casserole. Divide the chilled eggs into whites and yolks. Put cottage cheese in a deep bowl, add egg yolks, granulated sugar and salt.

Mix everything well with a hand blender.

Combine the cornmeal and baking powder. Sift through a sieve into the curd mass.

Sort the raisins well, rinse with water and let dry on a paper towel. Add to the curd dough and mix thoroughly but gently.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until firm peaks. Add to the dough in several steps.

Grease the prepared baking dish with a small amount of oil (if the mold is silicone, you do not need to grease it) or cover it with parchment. Lay out the dough carefully and smooth with a silicone spatula. Place the casserole in a well-heated oven for 40 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees.
