Flourless curd casserole

Flourless cottage cheese casserole is simply an indispensable breakfast or dinner for everyone who adheres to a proper diet. It is very tasty, simple and easy to prepare, and does not contain a lot of calories, as is the case with baked goods with flour. The casserole will turn out the tastier, the softer and more tender you have cottage cheese, but if it is too fatty, the dish will be more high-calorie.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
First, pour the semolina with warm milk and let this mixture stand for at least a quarter of an hour so that the semolina swells. Rinse the candied fruits and raisins, pour hot water for the same time so that they swell too. If you are counting calories, then raisins and candied fruits do not need to be added to this casserole.
step 2 out of 5
In a bowl, stir well the cottage cheese with the eggs, adding vanillin (or vanilla sugar) and regular sugar to the same.
step 3 out of 5
Add semolina, swollen in milk, to the curd mixture, as well as candied fruits and raisins, from which you need to drain the water and dry them on a paper towel.
step 4 out of 5
Put the mixture in a silicone mold (or in a regular mold greased with oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs) and place the mold in an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees. The baking time is 50-60 minutes. In the oven, the casserole will rise well, but after turning off the heat, it will settle, which should not scare you.
step 5 out of 5
Slice the casserole in portions, when it has cooled slightly in the form, and serve with any topping.

Bon Appetit!
