Curd casserole can be delicious even without sugar. There are many natural products that can easily replace it (bananas, dried apricots, raisins, etc.) This casserole is less nutritious and much healthier. Try the incredibly tender sugar-free casserole with whipped yolks! This is a real delight!

Tip: For a richer flavor, add cinnamon or raisins to your dish.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. We send the yolks x to a deep container. We mix them with cottage cheese, as well as bananas and vanilla. All ingredients need to be chopped, for convenience it is better to do this with a blender, but if it is not there, then you can use a regular fork.
