Cottage cheese casserole can be prepared from fatty, low-fat, granular and soft cottage cheese, cottage cheese from a briquette, as well as from cottage cheese mass. Curd casserole made from curd mass is the most delicate dessert. The casserole is moderately sweet, light with an airy structure.

Prepare the ingredients for the curd casserole.

Put the curd mass in a deep container. Crack the chicken eggs and blend well with a whisk or hand blender.

Pour a glass of milk to the resulting mass and mix thoroughly again.

Pour wheat flour previously sifted through a sieve into the resulting curd-milk mass. Bring to a smooth paste with a whisk or blender.

Turn on the oven to warm up. Lubricate the prepared baking dish with a little oil (if the mold is silicone, you do not need to grease it) or cover with baking paper. Pour the resulting curd dough and smooth well with a silicone spatula.
