Everyone remembers the taste and aroma of the casserole melting in the mouth that we ate in kindergarten. I would like to return to childhood to try it again. However, this does not require a time machine, it is enough to know the recipe for this famous pastry. The curd casserole cooked with it turns out to be the same airy and tender, and the aroma may even surpass the original!

Prepare all required ingredients. Pour the raisins with boiling water, let it brew a little, then drain the water, and dry the raisins on a kitchen towel.

Pour the semolina with sour cream, mix, leave for 10 minutes until the semolina swells.
