The taste of cottage cheese casserole is familiar to many of us since childhood. Someone had it cooked by their mother or grandmother, and someone enjoyed its taste in the garden. Today we will cook just such a casserole "from childhood", tender, airy and so familiar!

Add fermented baked milk to the dough. If there is no fermented baked milk, you can replace it with 15% sour cream. Mix everything again with a mixer until smooth.

We turn on the oven to heat up 180 degrees and continue to knead the dough. Add semolina to our curd mass and mix everything until smooth. We leave the dough for 10-15 minutes so that the semolina swells a little.

Grease the baking dish with butter and transfer the dough into it. Smooth out with a spatula and set to bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
