Curd casserole, like in a school cafeteria, is very simple to prepare. It is very important to use high-quality cottage cheese for the preparation of such a casserole, which will provide that very delicate taste.

Preparing raisins. It must be thoroughly rinsed, filled with hot water and left for 10 minutes. Then the raisins need to be drained and dried with a paper towel.

In a separate bowl, mix the eggs with sugar and beat them with a mixer at high speed until a fluffy whitish foam is obtained. Pour the beaten eggs into the curd and beat again.

Pour milk into the resulting mixture, put soft butter and beat with a mixer at high speed. Pour in semolina and beat again.

Add the prepared raisins, mix until the raisins are evenly distributed in the dough. Leave the dough for ten minutes so that the semolina included in the composition can soften a little before baking.
