Classic curd casserole

The classic cottage cheese casserole is a fairly easy-to-prepare delicacy that we have loved since childhood. The curd dessert turns out to be very tasty, delicate in structure and disappears in a matter of minutes. Even a novice housewife will succeed in a simple recipe, the main thing is to follow the instructions. Cut the prepared casserole into portions and garnish with powdered sugar, sour cream or jam if desired. Enjoy a delicious and aromatic dessert.

Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder or sieve through a sieve, or you can simply bring it to a homogeneous state using an immersion blender.

Melt the butter beforehand in a water bath or microwave. Beat eggs with sugar. Pour melted butter, egg mixture, semolina, vanillin and salt into the curd mass. Mix everything thoroughly.
