Classic curd casserole without sour cream

Curd casserole is a delicious treat for any occasion. Cooks often experiment with ingredients. Every housewife has her own favorite recipe. I suggest making a cottage cheese casserole like in kindergarten, which will not leave you indifferent. This casserole will become your favorite. Ideal for breakfast or afternoon tea.

Prepare the food you need. Remove the butter from the refrigerator beforehand to soften. Pour the semolina into a bowl and pour over the milk to swell. Leave it on for half an hour.

Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder or sieve through a sieve, or you can simply bring it to a homogeneous state using an immersion blender.

In a separate bowl, stir in the eggs and granulated sugar.
