Cottage cheese for curd casseroles is used with different fat content. I advise you to prepare a recipe for cottage cheese casserole with low-fat cottage cheese on proteins. The structure of the low-calorie curd casserole is airy, like a soufflé, due to beaten egg whites.

Put cottage cheese, cornstarch, sour cream and vanillin in a blender bowl. Use a blender to grind the mass and bring to a smooth and homogeneous consistency.

Divide chicken eggs at room temperature into whites and yolks. You won't need yolks. Put the egg whites in a clean, dry bowl and begin to beat with a mixer at medium speed, gradually add granulated sugar and increase the speed of the mixer. Whisk until stiff peaks.

Gradually add the whipped proteins to the curd mass. Grease a baking dish with butter or cover with paper. Carefully lay out half of the curd dough and distribute evenly. Arrange your favorite berries and cover with the remaining curd mass on top. Place the mold in a preheated oven. Bake for 40 minutes at 160 degrees.
