Cottage cheese casserole can be easily steamed in a slow cooker, thereby making the dish even more healthy and dietary. The originality of the recipe lies in the use of a multicooker as a double boiler - another plus of a smart and useful appliance.

Combine fresh cottage cheese with a chicken egg and mix thoroughly with a fork until smooth.

Add granulated sugar and semolina to the curd mass with the egg, then mix everything again until smooth.

Take silicone baking tins and grease them with melted butter, but you can skip this step if you are sure the casserole will not stick to the sides.

Put the curd mass in baking tins and place them in the steaming rack. Put a glass of water in the multicooker bowl and place a grid with tins in it.
