Put cottage cheese in a bowl, beat in eggs, pour milk over everything. Sift cornstarch into the mixture and add sweetener. Stir and punch the curd mass with a blender or food processor to get rid of the curd lumps and grains. Add coconut and stir. In addition, you can add any dried fruit.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour the curd mass into a baking dish, greased with a piece of butter. Bake for about 40-45 minutes. until a pleasant smell and golden brown crust appears.
