Lush and tasty curd casserole is a favorite dish from childhood for many. Our casserole is ideal for children's and diet menus, as we cook it without flour. For baking, we use a multicooker, which will perfectly bake the casserole and retain all the useful properties. The composition contains only 4 ingredients, and the result exceeds all expectations!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
First, you need to prepare all the ingredients: we choose the cottage cheese over land so that the casserole does not spread during the cooking process. The sugar in the recipe can be replaced with honey or another sweetener of your choice.
step 2 out of 7
If the curd is granular, rub it through a sieve so that it turns out to be a homogeneous crumbly structure.
step 3 out of 7
Put the cottage cheese into a deep bowl and add all the ingredients: eggs, sugar, semolina and vanillin.
step 4 out of 7
Using a mixer, beat all the ingredients on medium speed for 15 minutes. The fluffiness of our casserole will depend on how well we beat the dough. The dough will be dry at first, but after a couple of minutes of beating it will become more moist.
step 5 out of 7
The dough is ready. Next, grease the multicooker bowl with butter and turn on the "Heating" mode so that the bowl is not cold. After a few minutes, using a spatula, transfer the dough to the bowl and smooth it a little on top. We close the lid of the multicooker, turn on the "Baking" mode for 60 minutes.
step 6 out of 7
After an hour, the multicooker will beep, which means our casserole is ready! But, do not rush to get it out of the bowl, it is still quite soft and can deform. Leave it in the multicooker for 40-60 minutes, then gently flip the casserole onto a platter.
step 7 out of 7
Ready-made rosy casserole can be served, it goes well with sour cream, honey or any jam. Bon Appetit!
