Cottage cheese casserole with banana for children

This casserole will appeal to children, as the pieces of banana are "hidden" inside, and the curd mass itself is very tender and juicy. The top of the casserole is ruddy and attractive. Even the fastidious will not refuse a piece of such a delicacy.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Peel the bananas, cut them lengthwise. Grease the baking dish with oil. Put the bananas in the form, cut down, close to each other.
step 2 out of 5
Put cottage cheese, eggs, yogurt, sugar in a chopper bowl and mix everything until completely homogeneous. In order to make the casserole especially tasty, it is recommended to use high-fat cottage cheese. Rinse the lemon or lime thoroughly, dry it and remove the zest with a special knife or fine grater. Carefully, only the top layer is needed, it is advisable not to touch the white layer, as it will add bitterness. Add half a teaspoon of the zest to the curd mass and mix.
step 3 out of 5
Pour the bananas laid in the form with the resulting liquid curd mixture.
step 4 out of 5
We put the form with the future casserole in an oven preheated to 180 degrees on an average level for half an hour. During this time, the casserole should brown well.
step 5 out of 5
We take the finished casserole out of the oven and let it cool in the form. When cooled down, it can be divided with a spatula or knife into portioned pieces and removed onto serving plates. When serving, pour over each bite with liquid honey.

Bon Appetit!
