Cottage cheese is very useful for a growing and even already grown organism. But what if you don't feel like eating raw cottage cheese. Of course, prepare a delicious and mouth-watering casserole with berries. For cooking, you can use both fresh and frozen blueberries, depending on the season. The recipe is simple, but the dessert is excellent.

Remove the frozen berries in advance for defrosting, drain the excess liquid with a sieve. Rinse fresh berries and leave in a colander to drain excess liquid. Combine semolina and sour cream in a bowl, leave to swell for 20 minutes. Turn on the oven to preheat to 175 degrees.
