Cottage cheese casserole with prunes

Now you can find a large number of recipes for cottage cheese casseroles. Often the same ingredients are used for the curd base, only in different proportions. For the filling, dried fruits, berries, fruits and other fillers are used. It's all about your imagination and the availability of food in the refrigerator. I suggest making a healthy cottage cheese casserole with prunes.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Prepare the necessary items for the curd casserole. Take a deep bowl, lay out the cottage cheese, break the chicken eggs, add powdered sugar and sour cream. Mix well. To achieve a more uniform paste, you can use a blender.
step 2 out of 6
Add semolina and vanilla sugar. Stir well. Leave the resulting mass to swell.
step 3 out of 6
Rinse prunes under running water and pour boiling water over them. Leave it on for 10 minutes.
step 4 out of 6
Drain the prunes through a sieve and let sit for a couple of minutes to allow the excess liquid to glass. Cut the prunes into several pieces. Add to the curd mass. Stir to distribute the prunes evenly in the dough.
step 5 out of 6
Grease the prepared baking dish with a little oil or cover with baking paper. If the mold is silicone, you do not need to lubricate. Transfer the curd dough, smooth with a silicone spatula. Bake for 35 minutes in a well-preheated oven at 180 degrees.
step 6 out of 6
Remove the casserole from the oven and let cool slightly. Decorate the finished casserole with sour cream or powdered sugar.

Bon Appetit!
