Curd casserole with black currant

Cottage cheese casserole with a golden crust will serve as a nutritious breakfast that any adult and child will not refuse. Black currant berries give baked goods juiciness, add a little sourness and give an elegant look.

Drive eggs into a bowl, add granulated sugar, vanillin, soda and salt. Beat vigorously with a mixer or whisk.
