Curd casserole with pear

Cottage cheese casserole is a fairly popular dish that is often prepared in every family. Curd casseroles can be with or without fillings. Fresh berries, fruits and dried fruits are used as a filling. I suggest a recipe for a delicious curd casserole with pears. Be sure to cook.

In a deep bowl, combine cottage cheese, chicken eggs, semolina, granulated sugar and vanillin using a blender. Melt the butter, add to the dough, mix well. Rinse the pears, peel them. Cut into thin slices. Grease a baking dish with butter. Transfer the dough. Spread the pears evenly.

Let the dough sit for 15 minutes to allow the semolina to swell. Place the mold in a well preheated oven. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove the casserole from the oven and let cool slightly. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top. Gently place the prepared casserole on a dish.
