Curd casserole with persimmon

If you like persimmon, be sure to cook a curd casserole along with this incredibly healthy and very tasty oriental fruit: as culinary practice shows, persimmon is a wonderful addition to cottage cheese. The semolina in this recipe also serves to improve the quality of the curd dough, giving it greater density and elasticity, because it perfectly absorbs excess liquid.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Rub the grainy, non-acidic cottage cheese through a sieve to make the structure of the casserole more tender. If you have curd paste, you do not need to wipe it.
step 2 out of 5
Add semolina and eggs to the cottage cheese, as well as vanilla sugar and plain sugar, and then knead everything very carefully so that there are no lumps in the dough.
step 3 out of 5
To make the semolina mix with the other ingredients and swell well, let the dough stand for at least 30 minutes on the table. If the persimmon is hard, cut it into pieces and add to the dough, and if it is soft, then just mash it with a fork and also stir with the dough.
step 4 out of 5
Coat a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs (in advance, the baking dish can be lined with baking paper so that it stays clean after cooking). Place the dough in a mold and flatten with a spatula or spoon.
step 5 out of 5
Bake the dish in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees until cooked or in a slow cooker with the "Baking" mode for 60 minutes. Eat a casserole with condensed milk or jam, or maybe with sour cream.

Bon Appetit!
