Curd casserole with raisins

It's no secret that the curd casserole is a wonderful curd dessert, which perfectly combines a delicate creamy texture and a filling of dried fruits. A wonderful light curd delicacy will appeal to both adults and children.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Put the cottage cheese in a deep bowl. The structure of the dough is very important to us, so we separate the yolks from the whites, beat them separately, so our casserole will turn out to be more airy and high. Introduce the yolks into the curd and add sugar. Beat the ingredients well with a hand blender until smooth and uniform.
step 2 out of 7
We clean the raisins from the tails, rinse them under running water and put them in a bowl. Pour boiling water over the raisins and leave for 5-10 minutes. Then we put it in a colander and let the water drain. Add the raisins to the dough and mix the ingredients.
step 3 out of 7
Using a sieve, sift wheat flour into the dough. There is very little of it, but this is quite enough for the dough to set, and a delicate curd consistency is preserved.
step 4 out of 7
In a deep container, using a mixer, beat the egg whites until stable peaks. Do not forget that the whites are whipped into a stable foam, the dishes in which we will whisk them must be perfectly dry.
step 5 out of 7
Add the egg whites to the dough. Using movements from bottom to top, gently mix the dough so as not to precipitate the whipped whites.
step 6 out of 7
For our number of ingredients, it is better to take a baking dish 20 cm in diameter, so the casserole will turn out to be high. If you take a larger diameter, you can proportionally increase the amount of ingredients. Grease the form with butter, if you want to get a fried crust, sprinkle the form with bread crumbs. Put the dough in a mold and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
step 7 out of 7
We take out the finished curd casserole from the oven, let it cool down a little, so that you can divide it into portions without any problems. Serve the casserole with sour cream, jam or honey. Enjoy your tea!
