Curd casserole can be easily prepared in a slow cooker. In it, the casserole is evenly baked and turns out to be tender and airy. A slice of this curd delicacy is perfect for breakfast.

Break eggs into a wide bowl.

With a mixer at a slow speed, begin to beat the eggs, gradually adding revolutions. Beat the eggs until a coarse foam is formed. Add sugar and continue whisking at high speed until a fluffy whitish mass is formed.

Add kefir, semolina, salt, vanilla sugar and cottage cheese to the egg-sugar mass. Beat with a mixer at high speed until the ingredients are completely mixed and smooth.

We introduce raisins into the curd dough, stir so that it is evenly distributed in the mass of the dough. The dough turns out to be a rather liquid consistency.

Grease the multicooker bowl with butter. Pour the resulting curd dough into a bowl, place the bowl in a slow cooker.

We close the lid of the multicooker and set the “Baking” mode for 45 minutes.

When the baking time has expired, turn off the multicooker and, using oven mitts, carefully remove the bowl from the multicooker. Let the casserole cool slightly. Use a thin wooden spatula between the bowl and the sides of the casserole to make it easier to remove the product from the mold. Flip the casserole onto a flat plate.
