Curd casserole with coconut flour

Many of us are used to cooking curd casserole with semolina or wheat flour. Today we will make a curd casserole with the addition of coconut flour. The magnificent combination of creamy curd taste and aromatic coconut flour will not leave indifferent any of your household.

In a deep bowl, combine cottage cheese, sugar, a pinch of salt, eggs and mix well until smooth. If the curd is very dry, you can add another egg.

Divide the dough into two parts in separate bowls, approximately 40% and 60%.

In a smaller part, add cocoa powder and 60 grams of flour, knead well, we got a dense dough. Cover the bottom of the form with baking paper and put the dough with cocoa on the bottom.

Add the remaining flour to the second part of the dough and mix well. The consistency of the dough is like thick sour cream. Place the dough in a mold on top of the cocoa dough.

We wash the blueberries under running water, put them in a colander and let them drain. Place the blueberries on top of the casserole. We put the casserole to bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown.

Take the finished casserole out of the oven with a grip and let it cool slightly.
