Drive an egg into the prepared cottage cheese, add granulated sugar and a pinch of salt. We mix.

We pre-sift the corn flour through a sieve and send it to the working container to the rest of the components. We knead everything so that there are no lumps left.

Next, add sour cream to the curd mixture. We mix all the ingredients, achieving a homogeneous mass.
step 5 out of 6
Grease a baking dish with a lump of butter. Then we send the curd mass into it and level it. Place the future casserole in a hot oven for 30 minutes.

The readiness of the casserole can be judged by its color - it will turn rosy and orange. We take out the baked goods from the oven, let it cool down a little, cut into pieces and you can treat yourself to it.
