Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
At the very beginning, we break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. We send the proteins to the refrigerator for a while. We turn on the oven to warm up, setting the temperature to 180 degrees.
step 2 out of 7
We place the yolks in a deep container, add to them the amount of cottage cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, corn starch and sour cream required by the recipe.
step 3 out of 7
To get a homogeneous and smooth mass, we will use a hand blender. Beat all the ingredients with it until you reach a thoroughly pounded curd mixture.
step 4 out of 7
Using a mixer, beat the cooled proteins until a fluffy foam is formed. Correctly whipped egg whites will not run off the side of the crockery and will be stable.
step 5 out of 7
Gradually introduce the proteins into the curd mixture and gently mix all the components with a spoon until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
step 6 out of 7
To prevent the casserole from sticking to the walls of the mold, you must first cover it with special paper or grease it with oil. Put the finished curd mixture in a mold and level it.
step 7 out of 7
Place the curd casserole in a hot oven for 40 minutes. We check its readiness with a toothpick. We serve the dish both hot and chilled.

Enjoy your tea!
