First, let's prepare the raisins: rinse them under running water, then put them in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Leave the raisins for 10-15 minutes. After that, throw it in a colander or put it on a napkin to get rid of excess moisture.

For the dough, we take a deep container, put a sieve in it, put the cottage cheese and use a spoon to wipe it through the sieve. The curd will become a homogeneous consistency without lumps. Cut the butter into cubes and send it to the microwave for 10 seconds to soften a little.

Break eggs into a deep bowl, combine with sugar and salt. Beat the eggs with a mixer at high speed until a fluffy foam is formed.

Combine the egg and curd mass, add softened butter and milk. Beat everything well at medium mixer speed until a homogeneous consistency is formed. Then add semolina into the dough and mix everything well again so that there are no lumps.
