According to the proposed recipe, you can make a casserole from cottage cheese without adding sour cream to the dough. This reduces the calorie content of the dish, and the taste does not change at all. For its preparation, take cottage cheese of ordinary fat content, or better - rustic. You can also use frozen cottage cheese, but not sour.
