Prepare all ingredients. Grind the cottage cheese until smooth with an immersion blender. Put semolina in a small container, then add sour cream and mix well. Melt the butter in the microwave, then add granulated sugar to it. Add swollen semolina and melted butter with granulated sugar to the curd. Mix thoroughly.
Place the form carefully in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 30-35 minutes. Check the casserole for readiness with a toothpick or wooden skewer. Then carefully remove the pan from the oven and cool slightly. Carefully remove the casserole from the baking dish and place on a platter. Cool completely.
