Cottage cheese casserole is perhaps the most successful dish to dispose of cottage cheese with the most delicious result. Even children do not refuse a piece of this delicate pastry. This recipe has been verified and tested - the casserole will turn out like in kindergarten.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
We prepare products for the casserole. We take the eggs out of the refrigerator in advance so that they have time to reach room temperature before cooking. Melt the butter on the stove or in the microwave.
step 2 out of 8
Put the cottage cheese in a wide bowl and punch it with an immersion blender so that there are no pronounced grains, and the casserole turns out to be more tender. It is important to note that high-fat cottage cheese will make the casserole tastier.
step 3 out of 8
Add the egg, salt to the curd, stir with a fork.
step 4 out of 8
Pour semolina and sugar onto cottage cheese, mix everything again.
step 5 out of 8
Put sour cream in the dough and mix again.
step 6 out of 8
At this stage, you can use a mixer for mixing so that the dough is homogeneous. Let the dough stand for five to ten minutes so that the semolina swells a little before baking.
step 7 out of 8
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. While the oven is heating, we prepare a baking dish: it must be well greased with butter. Put the curd dough into the prepared form and put in the oven on the middle level. Bake the casserole for 25-30 minutes, depending on the oven. The finished product should be well browned and hardened.
step 8 out of 8
We take the finished casserole out of the oven, let it cool right in the mold. Then cut the casserole with a knife or divide it with a thin spatula into portions and serve. For decoration, you can sprinkle the surface with powdered sugar or use mint leaves.

Bon Appetit!
