Such an express version of the curd casserole can be easily prepared for breakfast, when there is little time available, but you need to have a good breakfast. If you pour with jam, or condensed milk, or sprinkle with grated chocolate, you can give the casserole a different taste each time and diversify the serving.

In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, sugar, semolina, vanilla sugar and soda.

Using a mixer, mix all the components at medium speed into a homogeneous mass. If the cottage cheese is dry or coarse, it makes sense to use at this stage not a mixer, but a blender. The consistency of the finished mixture should be homogeneous, of medium density.

Pour the dough into a heat-resistant container. The container does not need to be lubricated with anything, since the dough contains a sufficient amount of oil. Without closing the container, we put it in the microwave. We set the maximum power and turn on the oven for three to four minutes.

The finished casserole should harden well and become firm. Using an oven mitt so as not to burn yourself, we take out the dish with a casserole from the microwave. Let it cool to a warm state and turn it over onto a flat plate. We decorate according to our own taste and serve.
